Lyn Kong has been an athlete for 17 years and is an all-rounder in sports and fitness.
In 2012, she finished 8th in the 2012 Asia CrossFit Open Competition. In 2015 & 2016, she competed in IPF Powerlifting competitions which she finished 2nd place in the Under-52kg category with a total of 237.5kg.
Since 1993, Lyn has completed marathons, triathlons and numerous CrossFit competitions. She has a 2nd Dan Taekwondo black belt and has represented Malaysia. She has written a guide book on fitness, given numerous health talks at book fairs and to corporations. She has managed Group Fitness and Personal Trainers in Malaysia and also in the Middle East.
She has trained all types of clients of all ages, including athletes, models and children. Certified as a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, ACE Personal Trainer, REHAB Trainer, Certified Kettlebell Trainer, and also a POSE Running Coach. Her strengths are in sports performance (general/specific), strength conditioning and weight loss.
