Welcome! I’m passionate about empowering women through every stage of life, especially during the transformative years of pre- and post-menopause. With years of experience and a deep understanding of the unique challenges that come with these phases, I specialize in creating personalized programs that address the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of women during this significant time.

My Mission

My mission is to support and guide women through the changes of menopause with empathy, expertise, and evidence-based strategies. I believe that every woman deserves to feel her best, no matter her age or stage in life. My programs are designed to help you embrace this transition with confidence, vitality, and a renewed sense of self.

Personal Achievements (2000 – present)

I has been an athlete since 1989 and is an all-rounder in sports and fitness.

Since 1993, I have completed marathons, triathlons and numerous CrossFit competitions. Certified 2nd Dan Taekwondo black belt and represented Malaysia in Taekwondo competitions.

I have written a guide book on fitness, given numerous health talks at book fairs and to corporations. She has managed Group Fitness and Personal Trainers in Malaysia and also in the Middle East.

In 2012, I finished 8th in the Asia CrossFit Open Competition. In 2015 & 2016, I competed in IPF Powerlifting competitions, finishing 2nd place in the Under-52kg category with a total of 237.5kg.

I have trained all types of clients of all ages, including athletes, models and children. Certified as a Menopause Coach, Nutrition Coach, ACE Personal Trainer, REHAB Trainer, CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, Certified Kettlebell Trainer, and also a POSE Running Coach. My strengths are in sports performance (general/specific), strength conditioning and women’s fitness (pre&post natal & menopause.

My focus now is on building a fitter women’s community though education and training.
